PausePace is a break reminder for Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch. On the Mac it runs in the menu bar, counts screen time and waits for a good moment to suggest a short break: a pause in typing, a switch between apps, or the end of a call, video or presentation. To tell that you're on a call, it reads the system's yes/no signal that a camera or microphone is in use, so it never asks for Microphone, Camera, Screen Recording or Accessibility access. The iPhone app works on its own as a break timer with reminders, or shows the Mac's break status and controls, and Apple Watch taps your wrist with the iPhone's break reminders. There is no account and no analytics in the app.
